Where required by law, we will notify affected individuals and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
18. Accessing or correcting your personal information
You may contact us to request access to personal information we hold about you or to ask us to correct information that is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading.
We may need to verify your identity before responding. In some cases, we may refuse access or correction where the law allows us to do so. If we refuse a request, we will explain why where reasonable.
